Front Office Transformational Change

A Tier 1 Global Asset Manager wished to simplify their architecture and standardise their processes and workflows. The goal was to enable cost savings and increase efficiency.
Liqueo helped identify and agree key capabilities and standardized process flows within a new Target Operating Model framework.

Having identified the aspirational and core needs, the Asset Manager was able to engage in a Request for Proposal and a Proof of Concept with a select number of vendors.
Working with the Asset Manager SMEs, Liqueo was able to direct and help the client define core capabilities as well as expected roles and responsibilities. With an extensive knowledge base of best practices and vendors, Liqueo advised the Asset Manager on potential best-fit vendors.
