A large Fund Management company wanted to automate time-consuming portfolio-processing operational routines. This would enable their key operations staff to focus on delivering insights to help their clients make smarter financial decisions.

Due to their strong understanding of the local market requirements, Liqueo was asked to by the client to form the implementation team. The team had in-depth experience in large scale legacy system migrations, which allowed the client an immediate reduction in their implementation risk.

The client executed various market scanning exercises, then formally issued competitive RFIs and RFPs to multiple vendors. Once the client shortlisted the vendors, multiple system demos were conducted. This was followed by an in-depth PoC where the successful vendor was asked to match the clients’ data to their actual production data.
